Ryan Seacrest is selling his Napa Valley home for $22 million.
The 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom St. Helena, Calif. property belonging to the new co-host of Wheel of Fortune, 49, was publicly listed on Thursday, July 11.
Cyd Greer with the St. Helena office of Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley and the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program have listed the massive estate, which is approximately 40 acres.
“Located in a lovely setting with beautiful, filtered views and privacy, what really stands out is the tranquility of the site. You are enveloped in this wonderfully diverse natural setting that is so relaxing — almost meditative,” Greer said.
“All around, you can experience the quiet subtle sounds of nature while being just a few minutes from Meadowood Resort, the Napa Valley Reserve and downtown Saint Helena. For privacy reasons, showings are available by appointment only to pre-qualified buyers.”
Seacrest’s two-decade-old residence recently underwent renovations in 2023 courtesy of architectural designer Silvia Nobili of Nobili Marques Arquitectura, builder Grassi Construction and Clint Nicholas Design.
“A fresh and light feeling, suited for a more modern lifestyle” was the goal of the renovations, Nobili said. Nicholas added that they still wanted the estate to have “a warm and inviting space for family and friends to relax.”
The home’s main design can best be described as Tuscan-modern, but also features a “rustic pool house, and a charming guest cottage,” according to a property listing.
The residential compound boasts an impressive combined 10,750 square feet of living space, plus breathtaking views of surrounding vineyards, a valley floor and mountains.
Once inside, the grandeur includes “chiseled limestone walls, reclaimed wood beams, antique French limestone and wide-plank wood floors, and seven wood burning fireplaces.”
There are also expansive pocketing doors that allow an effortless transition to indoor and outdoor living.
A grand central hallway in the American Idol host’s home is the pathway to a formal living room, and also allows entry to a screened-in sun porch and a formal dining room.
For those who love to cook and entertain, the gourmet kitchen with pizza oven and rotisserie fireplace is a selling point. As a bonus, there is an attached breakfast room that lets in lots of natural sunlight as well.
Moving to the home’s bedrooms, the primary suite includes an office. No expense was spared with the bathroom’s Waterworks Fixtures which include a steam shower, freestanding stone tub and private spa terrace, which can also be used for meditation.
There’s also a three-car attached garage in the main residence.

Two guest suites offer the perfect welcome for visiting family and friends. A walnut-paneled library gallery with wet bar, a TV room, garden prep room, wine cellar, and exercise room add to the home’s opulence.
Additional living space can be found with the aforementioned pool house and its private spa-like setting. The West-facing sunset views are the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.
