A third person has been arrested after a dog walker was killed.

Anita Rose, 57, had been walking close to Rectory Lane in Brantham, Suffolk before she was found unconscious on Wednesday, 24 July and died in hospital on Sunday.

Police confirmed a man in his 20s, from the village, has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.

It was the third arrest after another man was previously questioned on suspicion of murder while a woman was also arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods.

The two people originally arrested have both been bailed until later in the year.
