“My vulnerable truth ✨ Lately I’ve been going through an identity reevaluation (I don’t want to be dramatic and say identity crisis)… but been feeling very insecure about where I fit in here on Instagram,” she wrote.
“I used to feel so confident in being carefree in my 20s, sharing travel content, easy-outfits, diy renovations, and chatting with you all weekly on insta. But as a mom with a 9-month-old – I’m feeling a little lost on social media. I’m not an expert when it comes to being a mom, I’m not put together every day, and I don’t have time to chat in stories all of the time (because the little time I do have for breaks – I’m either cleaning or working).”
“There is little time to be present on social media, because my energy goes into being present with my daughter,” she continued. “I don’t know what I have to give you all in this moment.
That is my truth. I haven’t journaled in a long time…. but as I sip my coffee this morning and have a few hours to reflect, it feels good.”
