Jeremiah Brent, celebrity interior designer and newest star of Netflix’s hit series Queer Eye, has teamed with Crate & Barrel’s children’s brand on a furniture, textile and decor capsule. Introducing: Jeremiah Brent for Crate & Kids.

While the collection is technically intended for kids’ bedrooms and baby nurseries, many of the pieces are fit for the chicest of living rooms, guest rooms and primary bedrooms. The line ranges from children-specific items like cribs, baby blankets, mobiles and changing pad covers to versatile rugs, artwork, curtains, desks, light fixtures and throws, all available to shop on crateandbarrel.com beginning Tuesday, Sept. 10.

The capsule is highly representative of Brent’s personal style and weaves in symbols that are meaningful to the designer. These include evil eyes to mirror his evil eye tattoo, hummingbirds to remind him of his grandmother’s garden and mystical creatures from his own children’s imagination.

Sebastian Brauer, Crate & Kids’ Senior Vice President of Design, elaborates on the inspiration behind the brand’s newest collaboration, saying, “Jeremiah was drawn to Viennese design from the 1930s in addition to various motifs, colors and patterns inspired from his travels, such as the antiquity of Egypt. Throughout the collection, we incorporated rich and playful colors and accents like bordeaux, mauve, camel and cobalt to create color mixes that we’re excited to bring to kids’ spaces. We wanted to design heirloom pieces that can be layered into any home.”
