Stars are showing off and showing out for The Good Half premiere in Los Angeles.
The comedy-drama, directed by Robert Schwartzman, sees Nick Jonas as writer Renn Wheeland, who returns to his hometown of Cleveland after years of avoiding his sister Leigh (Brittany Snow), father Darren (Matt Walsh) and stepfather Rick (David Arquette). He encounters charming stranger Zoey (Alexandra Shipp), who encourages him to confront his long-standing internal and familial conflicts.
Jonas, Snow, Walsh, Arquette and Shipp — joined by Schwartzman and costar Elisabeth Shue — arrived at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, California, on Aug. 13 to ring in the film’s North American release. The Good Half had a limited theatrical release on July 23, airing in theaters for two nights and featuring a post-screening Q&A with Schwartzman, Jonas and host Kiernan Shipka.
