Pantone’s Top Color Trends for 2025 Are All About You

Pantone just released its Fashion Color Trend Report for Spring/Summer 2025 this week, and it’s all about embracing your personal style. Ahead of New York Fashion Week, the company’s Color Institute curated 10 forecasted colors that will rule the runway—and likely our homes, too—when the new year rolls around. In addition to these standout colors, Pantone also released a tasteful collection of five seasonless shades that will be introduced to the world of fashion (with no-holds-barred on the right season to wear them).

Earlier this year, the company announced its color of the year, Peach Fuzz, describing the pinkish-coral shade as “a compassionate and nurturing soft peach shade conveying a heartfelt kindness.” And while trends often go in and out of style, next year’s fashion report predicts a timeless set of colors that are “rooted yet dynamic, reflecting our desire for authenticity and the spirit of joyful individualism and optimism,” says Laurie Pressman, vice president of the Pantone Color Institute.

To be better prepared for the year ahead, consider introducing these cool, warm, and neutral colors to your wardrobe and living space—with a few of our favorite picks.

Crocus, Pantone 16-3115

Pantone

It’s impossible to go wrong with this magenta-inspired shade. Much like the flower, crocus is a calming purple coloring that can be paired with a variety of standout and neutral colors.

Lime Cream, Pantone 12-0312

Pantone

Sage green has nothing on this light and creamy color, perfect for the transition from spring to summer. If you’re a fan of wearing pastel clothing, consider pairing Lime Cream with virtually any cool color. It can also be used as a standout paint color around the house or in your bedroom.

Limpet Shell, Pantone 13-4810

Pantone

Blue is always the right choice! This bright and beach-inspired blue pairs well with other blues and greens—think blankets, accent throw pillows, and, of course, colorful outfits.

White Grape, Pantone 14-0442

Pantone

Many of us have spent the last few months honoring “brat green,” and Pantone won’t let us leave it behind in 2025. White Grape is the perfect mix of yellowish-green with fluorescent hues, offering you the chance to dress boldly and authentically. Otherwise, you might incorporate the earthy shade to your makeup looks, bedroom design, or paired with a more muted color.

Kashmir, Pantone 17-6319

Pantone

To match the green landscapes of Kashmir, Pantone announced this dark green as another stylish color that will take over in 2025. Think sweaters, cardigans, T-shirt dresses, and all things cozy with this muted green tone.

Misted Marigold, Pantone 14-0757

Pantone

Yellow can do no harm, and when mixed to resemble the yellow hues of marigolds, it can be paired with almost anything. As the marigolds begin to bloom next spring, be sure to pull out all your dark yellows to match their energy. It’s also an excellent shade for bedding!

Cocoon, Pantone 14-1025

Pantone

Beige-browns are a staple when it comes to pants, and they’re the perfect combination of stylish yet cooling as the temperature begins to rise from spring to summer. You might even consider adding an accent wall to your living space and make it look more inviting.

Eclipse, Pantone 19-3810

Pantone

The first color in Pantone’s seasonless collection is a dark blue that looks great on just about anyone. This cool color is an excellent choice for bedding, ball gowns, accent walls, nail polish, and the list goes on. The best part is its timeless nature!

Rum Raisin, Pantone 19-1321

Pantone

Dark brown is a creamy and sophisticated color that will never stand a chance of going out of style. Consider using this seasonless color to paint your coffee table, dye your hair, or pair with one of your favorite standout colors.

Blue Granite, Pantone 18-3933

Pantone

Last but not least on our list of favorites, a grayish-blue that perfectly resembles a tastefully designed home. Blue Granite has been a favorite amongst homeowners and home designers alike for decades, and it’s finally getting some time in the limelight. Don’t sleep on this perfect neutral blue!
