Kylie Kelce is putting the pregnancy speculation to rest. On Friday, the wife of former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce took to her TikTok to respond to “a number of articles” that allegedly claimed the mother of three is expecting another child.
“I have kept my mouth shut on this for quite some time now, and my lack of filter is kicking in,” Kylie said in the video. “We’re just going to nip this in the bud. I have had a number of articles written about me since the middle of last football season stating that I am pregnant. I’m not. I haven’t been pregnant since I gave birth to Bennie, and she is almost a year and a half old.”
“I cannot stand people writing such insensitive articles about such a sensitive topic. Really lights my fire,” Kylie added, going on to share that she had a miscarriage years ago.
Kylie explained that she had been pregnant before expecting Wyatt, but when she went in for her 13-week ultrasound, “there was no heartbeat.” The reveal resulted in Kylie having a surgical abortion procedure known as dilation and evacuation, or D&E.
“So I do not take getting pregnant or trying to get pregnant lightly. And I think that we need to just be in agreement that this is not a topic that anyone needs to be first on reporting,” Kylie asserted. “Let the parents say it when they are good and ready.”
Kylie and Jason have been married since 2018 and share three daughters: Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 3 and Bennett, 1. Their youngest was born shortly after the Super Bowl LVII matchup between the Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs in 2023.
Earlier this month, Kylie mentioned the possibility of having a fourth child during an interview with New York magazine’s The Strategist.
While discussing some things she can’t live without, Kylie shared that among those were some adorable, albeit pricy, pajamas that are so durable that they may one day see the light of day should the Kelces decide to expand the family!
“The Hanna Anderson PJs last forever. We still have some packed up, just in case there ends up being a fourth,” said Kelce nonchalantly.
A few days after the story was published, Jason told ET that while the possibility of expanding their family “is not a question for me,” he didn’t think it was out of the question.
“Kylie has expressed before we started having kids, she wanted a big family,” Jason said. “So we’ll see what the future holds.”
“Right now we’ve got our hands full with three of them,” Jason added, laughing, “So it’s hard to imagine another one running around.”
Jason retired from the Philadelphia Eagles after 13 seasons in March. During the press conference, he got emotional speaking about his wife.
“She was beautiful, smart, serious, yet playful,” Jason told the crowd. “I knew it right away. I think it’s no coincidence I have enjoyed the best years of my career with Kylie by my side. Every accolade I have ever received in my life has come with her in my life.”
